What an Awesome idea Tony!!

Course I guess we couldn't get any of the BRP cops to go along as our character witnesses!!

Actually we might, as I have a direct line to the Deputy Chief of Security at a state university. You'd be surprised the forces he can marshall with his connections to both state and federal agents. We also know there is at least one shark owner here who is a cop; isnt' he in GA? It is a brotherhood I wouldn't want to have actively working against me.

Actually, if you wanted to help Mark you would keep these discussions private and off the wire. Mark will let you know if the Deputy Chief of Whatever needs to get involved.

Just stating the obvious.

At face value, the episode is pathetic commentary on our legal system. I hope that it is resolved quickly.

CraigL: I do and I did.

This was meant for public consideration, and one person in particular, which is why I didn't name the institution. Call it another warning shot. If the plaintiff hasn't already figured it out, no matter how Mark handles this, he has sacrificed something here, the ramifications of which may be felt by him long after this totally "hearsay" complaint goes away. Sure, he apparently never contributed nor benefitted in this forum. But going public here was an attempt at manipulating something from the forum. I should add that my comment isn't meant as intimidation or anything nefarious. Absolutely not. Just pointing out how he might want to adjust his attitude as the support is deep and wide (for Tom as well) and that he doesn't know where his actions could lead.

I wonder if people can be banned from a particular forum. I'm thinking it would be by unanimous vote.

The OP's words are what will do him in, in this matter. The off hand stuff just demeans the gravity of the thread should it be viewed as evidence.

Ladies and Gents,

Even with the user name banned (done), anyone can create a new user account and lurk. (or post as slate did and thus the reason for his account(s) being banned), until caught, EVEN though that is a stated and agreed upon prohibition by every user who accepts posting privileges on this PRIVATE PROPERTY site.

Mark, You know you have the Renny community support. Nothing more need be said. If you want MEMBER help, please ask.

We have many LEO's and Fed members here, I know it was a topic of discussion around here with two of them. It's amazing how that network works.

Mark, I'm not sure that 928s run on cake. But for disgrunts who come asking for good used parts to replace worn out NLA parts, you can suggest they feed their sharks "cake" instead. Doubt it will work, but if they've cut you off........

I can tell you the last part I ordered was wrapped in cushy unobtainium, then sealed in carbonite for shipping. Mark graciously packed a plasma torch inside for me to open it.

The matter was resolved with least expense possible

My shipping manager is well past 70 and has been shipping porsche parts almost as long as I've been breathing. Very little gets by him
