I once sold a clutch disk on this forum and it wasn't until I was talking to the buyer that I went back to the thread and could see the white paint lettering on the friction surface in the photo (that hadn't even worn off yet) that wasn't visible to the naked eye...

No wonder they jumped on it so fast...

Sigh... I want my clutch disk back...

OK... for those of y'all that don't know what I'm talking about...

Take your phone... Turn on the camera... Aim it at your remote...
Aim the remote toward the camera... Hit a button...

All modern cameras utilize light enhancement technology... Hence our photos show more than the visible wavelengths of light...

Hence, edifying...

The spectrum of visible light is very contracted over the entire spectrum. Apparently the cell phone camera picks up more than the visible spectrum (but my physics degree is 52 years old and very out of date). Besides, I still use the phone on my desk.
