It's been a while, don't remember the exact step. I think it was supposed to activate the vacuum module and you were supposed to see it move?

That may be your problem. Sounds like the connector to the vac modulator might be grounding out

But when I cooked one of my two brains (toaster oven reflow), it worked normally for a week or two, so I'm thinking rebuilding my non-cooked brain will get it going.
