Great idea! I think we are in. I get the feeling some here don't like change. I vote for next month breakfast at Chuck's or Curry's.

I just joined the PCA because I want to do the Sunday drives so this is perfect!

Where would the people who do not want to go on the drive like to meet??

The automated yahoo message went out listing La Peep as the monthly breakfast.

I suggest the DFW group meet at 9:00 for a 9:30 departure to Waco.

Hey Jim,

I would suggest leaving by 9am instead of 9:30. We are trying to get to the lunch venue by 11:00am (when they open) so that we can make sure to all park together. That will give us a little while to cruise through the park for photo ops before heading over to lunch......

Mike, I yield to your greater knowledge; so let's meet at 8:30 for a 9:00 departure.

Adrienne and I will be there for a 9:00 am departure from the Home Depot/Jack In The Box at I-35 & I-20.
Can we get a count of who's coming so we can leave (on time) without leaving anyone behind?

How many from Austin will be joining us at lunch?

Laura and I did a head count last night and came up with about 20 people confirmed so far. I can't remember all of them at the moment so I won't even try and type them.....

Many are traveling two per car.

Edit: I also came up with a back road route in lieu of driving down I-35 with all the lemmings. I will print out directions for everybody.

Default Map

I have made about 8 maps. I don't think we have more than 8 cars in the group?

I count the following cars:

Me
Jim M.
Roger T.

Andy K.
Bill D.
Herman K.
Brad S.

Anybody else?

I also have printed out turn by turn directions to go along with the maps.
Should be a sweet little run.

Edit: Laura is going to post up a local waco map for the activities (Cameron Park, Lunch, etc).

The Austin Group should take Exit 335B which is University Parks Drive. Take a left at the red light and go under I-35. Travel about one mile. Look for the suspension bridge on your right hand side (North direction). We are going to line the road across from the Hilton Hotel (113 S University Parks Dr, Waco, TX 76701) and wait for the Austin guys then head on into the park. If there is no room for all the cars along University Parks, then park in the parking lot at the hotel. It is free.

Default Meeting point

Here is a close up of where we will meet up with the Austin Crew....again, if there is not enough parking on the sides of University park, then head to the Hilton parking lot (the parking lot to the RIGHT of the Hilton in the attached image....

Mike, I can't make it. I'm a bit over 3 weeks behind work wise. Sorry.

Don't know, I've spent 3 weeks on an '82 that I hope can leave today/tomorrow. Let's see, two different 911's to work on in different locations, two '78's in storage that are taken apart. An '82 with the gas tank out of it in Waxahachi. A 951 that needs oil lines and a BMW 5 series that had to postpone due to room. Here I've got an '82, '87 with weeks worth of work, an '88 that I'm waiting on speakers for (been here two months), and another '78 needing A/C work and my own car. Down to one bay in the garage. Sigh, feeling blessed the calender is full until the end of April.
