Default Puff of Smoke - should I be concerned?

When reviewing some video I took over the weekend I noticed a puff of smoke, see linked video.

Now I can't tell whether it was black or blue, but I think black when zoomed in (it is from the exhaust, not the tyres).

I assume black is fuel and blue would be oil, yes?

Is this just going super rich whilst at WOT or is there other issues I should investigate?

Before this video the car was being run between 5 to 6k rev range for a constant 20 minutes or so. My car normally doesn't burn that much oil, but I understand high revs for a constant period will force oil into the intake.

No. That's very minimal smoke...regardless of the color. If you had just run your car that hard, for that long, your intake should have had a very thick coating of oil inside, if your engine is "normal".
