No. LMAO, called making room for more.

Brad, I'm pretty sure you do not want this car, you'd have to find someone to work on it.

Code:
Ended: Jan 26, 2013 19:23:39 PST
Bid history:	42 bids
Winning bid:	US $18,028.97
It was down around $13,200 until the last two minutes. I expect someone will be happy with their newly acquired super S4.

My max. Bid was $17928.
Someone overbid me by $100 and the thing was sold for $18028.
maybe better...After the Auktion ended i am glad that i didn't won As 18k is almost too much.
...but what can you expect when you bid at 4:30 Local German Time in the night ;-))).
Good Look to the new owner anyway !

If this car is as nice as its represented (which is not always the case on FleaBay) then $18K is a bargain basement price! How much does it cost to buy a nicely sorted S4 with good paint, interior, wheels, etc? Now, how much to buy & install the boost system with all the fixin's...? I've got this much in my 86.5 (not complaining - I love my car) but this S4 looks pretty damn nice & its boosted. Schweeet!!!! Good luck to the new owner!

If you look at the bidding it was the last two bidders who moved the price out of the $13k range. If either one did not bid it would have sold for $13,200.

That's interesting, but they wanted the car and bid. So the fair market includes the final bid.

Your logic could imply that if nobody bid, the car is worth nothing.

This give me a decent idea of what fair market value would be on my car. I think I want to get agreed upon insurance in this range.

Wow, it's in Cypress? Very happy to check it out and test drive if anyone here buys it. It's up to 18k now. I'm somewhat skeptical because I've lived in Cypress a long time and have never seen a white 928 driving around.

I missed that the auction ended last night. Just talked to the seller on the phone. Turns out I had talked to him once before about the transmission that came out of the car that a shop was selling. He's new to the area which is why I haven't seen the car around, but did live in another part of Houston. Sounds like someone got a super nice car for a fair price.

I agree the market price is $18,028.97 but my point is the bidding shows weakness in the market.

Since the car did not sell to you I can say that rest assured, you missed the train on this one. Granted, I want my kid to go to college, but not at the expense of trying to tune a crap SC kit on a 928. No, Brad, I'd not work on this car even if you are a few miles away from me. I've dealt enough with the "Kits" from that vendor.
