1980 VIN Decode
Can anyone decode this?

It's in Cary Illinois on Algonquin Road in a Mechanic/Dealer and is sort of for sale. They need to fix something, the person who answers phones didn't know what.
Repainted Speed Yellow. No ther info available except the owner of the shop is out for the day.
It's a 5 speed, the frongt grille is missing, it has a sunroof and the motor is hanging low and the rest of the car is covered in ice and snow. Looks to be about $10,000 away from a $5000 dollar car.
