Correction, I also have the Intensive Washer Sticker. Same deal.
And, here is a better picture of all five of them. I had to take it at an angle to avoid the flash reflection.

There is another (decal) in addition - white background with black text I think.
I took mine off after it started yellowing - it may be stock but I did not want to replace it - to me it looks ugly there, the label (you noted) on the flap is enough for me - looks cleaner/sufficient...
I won't be putting leaded fuel or diesel in any time soon... If I do... it will be time to hang up the keys
The original "unleaded fuel "sticker on my 1983 is silver and black and located on the inside of the fuel door.
My car has one inside the quarter window too, and an alarm system sticker on the other side window. They are cracked and looking bad but I've never seen any new ones. Sure would like to find those.
I have the alarm stickers no problem.
The unleaded sticker for the fuel door is 477 000 258 and looks like it is available.
I find that most of the stckers are available if you can come up with the part number.

Does anyone sell the paint code door jam sticker?

It's a long weekend, I can make a couple for you if you want. No cost, but you owe me a beer if we ever meet. PM me if interested... As cheezy as making them looks, you'd be surprised how "stock" they look and how well they hold up.
