What's up with 928 Specialists ?

What's up with 928 Specialists ?
I placed an order with them back in late October. I contacted them in early December when I had not received anything and was told they had a shipping delay and would be back in contact. Never did. Since then, I have e-mailed and called multiple times to no avail. They do not return e-mails, their phone goes straight to voice-mail, and then don't call back. Did they go out of business?

Sorry you are having problems with your order!
We got your voice mail today around 3pm (BTW, our phone logs show this as the only voice mail ever from you, at least within the 3 last months ???), Jeannie has you on her list of return calls tomorrow concerning the continued delays for the part on order from Germany.. if you recall she responded to your Dec 15th email about this delay and we didn't have a firm date from Porsche yet.
Sorry also if there have been some e-mail communication delays the last 10 days, our hosting company (EDT) has been chasing an email ghost issue since January 1st and email has been a nightmare for us. Someone, somewhere in the Interweb has activated a new "Cialis" filter and they are trying to fix this ASAP. SO I guess your thinking WTH does "CIALIS" have to do with this...I wish I could sue them for using that name.... for years it has caused issue after issue.... it is a pain when your company email is to or from 928 SPECIALISTS.
So until that gets fixed(again) please use the office number(828 290-9280) and please leave a voice mail (like you did today) and we will get back with you as soon as possible. BUT, please wait a little longer than 3 hours before starting a RL thread :-)....our operators aren't on call 24hrs a day...LOL
FWIW, yes we are still very much in business.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry to hear about your e-mail problems. I hadsent you 5 e-mails since December 29th - it sounds like you did not get any of them. I also phoned several times this week during business hours, but never got anyone to pick up. Today I phoned again and left a message. A couple of hours later I posted here. I am not looking to smear you or your company in any way - just looking for an update on an order I placed back in October - Can't blame me for wanting that. Thanks for the explanation.

I placed an order for a part couple weeks ago and Jeanne has bent over backwards to answer questions and I am very comfortable with service from 928gt.com , as always first rate....!!!
