I think the 6 speed auto conversion would be GREAT in a 928....you get the advantage in acceleration from the much lower rear end + the much taller cruising gear

I will build the TT adapter/clutch interface and LS engine mounts. The rest you can get on your own.

For an Oil pan, I used Moroso part# 20140 and it will need to be modded for the sway bar OR you could relocate the swaybar and clear the oil-pan by spacing the swaybar an inch or so. I'll also re-drill the swaybar end where it meets the link or lengthen the link itself.

I'm going to run this same ebay billet oil-relo kit as it has extra NPT ports for aftermarket OIL pressure sensors and oil-coolers. I ran the Wix oil filter on the 948 as it has more filtering surface than the Fram...

That's for Dinsdale to say as that is a whole other ball-game. These parts I designed mate an LS engine to the 928 TT and trans.

With a 5.3 or 6.0 LS-based truck engine at $1000-$1500 at the breakers, you should be able to do the entire swap for Less than $6k doing the work yourself. The radiator does not need to be changed, the brake booster is untouched, unlike the 944 swap that needs hydroboost or dual MC's. The exhaust shop did my entire exhaust from header flanges to muffler tip for $450 complete. They'll be doing the same for the 928.

You really should add some copyright and watermarks to the pictures you're posting here. Too much value in them to leave unprotected. Great work, though!
