As already said that is the old part that is soft material and prone under certain conditions to rapid wear. The new gear is much harder.
I doubt they have any at all but they do specialise in new old stock so who knows.

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?

Same HTD (high torque drive) tooth profile, but the 16V gears are non-adjustable.
To use the 32V gears on a 16V, you have to machine a 32V hub (to a height of 9.0mm)...then figure out a way to time them.

Not only will it save Roger from having to produce a different gear, it will allow us to adjust cam timing (I'm assuming....)
Thinking out loud here, wouldn't using the 32V hub assembly allow us to run less torque on the cam itself which should also cut down on busted camshafts?

Regarding broken cams, 10 years back when I owned an 85 car, the cam broke right at the gear head. What would cause that? The belt being too loose? The cam gear not mounted correctly? This was a $12,000 repair at Devek due to valve impact on pistons. I now have an 89 car. Is there anything I need to be aware of?

16v Round Tooth Cam Gears will be ready for testing in January - no worries.
However the 16v HD gears are not such an issue as they have already been improved by Porsche to the new harder material and hard anodized finish. The price is also more affordable at about $235 each. Making them for a much better price is the goal. 928 105 545 10 was the old number and 928 105 545 14 is the new number.
The older 78 to 82 square tooth gears are currently not available and do not look like they will be produced again. Porsche's anwer to this is upgrade all the gears to HD design - good answer but not cheap at circa $700.
