Most places don't really dismantle anymore, just take off the 30 or 40 parts that sell frequently enough and off to the crusher. So it would be one depressing video for most of us.

This is a UK site but could give you an idea of percentages to guesstimate US or worldwide numbers. Fr vehicles still registered.

Last time I calculated for 944s it was pretty consistently about 35% of the original production number still on the road.(37% in this case)

Can also break down by model.
