Mark's picture:

3.602" = 91.49 mm.

This sounds like one of those jobs that one a them 3D printers could do.

Too hot for 3D printing material IMHO..Id want at least 300d deforming safe material there.

And..is that the ID below the screen? I dont recall if there was a lip in there.

Ok, I went out and bought a MAF, cleaned it up, and diassembled it, just so I could measure some ****. Just for you, Jeff.

MAF elbow sealing surface OD, 95.57 mm:

MAF screen lip ID: 91.49 mm

MAF 'main bore' ID: 86.32 mm

MAF screen diamter: 91.56 mm

MAF screen thickness: 1.23 mm

And for kicks, overall length: 130 mm

And OD of the thin rim butting against the MAF elbow: 100 mm

Yes. I am very accurate, late at night after a 13 hour day, with my $12 Chinese digital calipers. Makes you wonder about all those weights and measurements and torque values that I post.

Jeff, I still have the rotary table set up in my mill so I could mill some kind of ring for you. 1.25mm is very close to .050 in, and I have some aluminum in that thickness. Can you describe better just what it is you need? Maybe I can make if for you.

Could you measure the cell size of the mesh on the screen.

I have some mosquito netting i may swap it out for to see if there is a drastic change in performance.
