RBracing has some great prices on wire most of the time.

The place mentioned in the first link is in Santee, been there yet?

Sure gives me the urge to do a new harness though. Not as many connectors as they seem to love, but nice new wire and insulation that doesn't mind heat sure would be nice. I'd also want to stick with factory wire color unless it was a big $$$ difference.

Getting the required small quantities of the required factory colors in really good fine-stranded wire would be both tough and expensive.

Do you get a special uncle price? I see 18 GA TXL as .40/ft

Quick google and no endorsement, but $12/100 for same at www.racetronix.biz.

Waytek is 0.07/ft.

One of the links Brendan posted (thanks Brendan - awesome reading) recommended these guys:

http://www.prowireusa.com/Mil-Spec-Wire/departments/74/

20c per foot and it comes in dual-color combos? (e.g. brown/white)
