Default Engine Seal Tools

I'm curious if anyone has a set of front / rear crankshaft seal placement tools for an 87 5.0L they'd be willing to lend out. I'd of course be willing to pay for shipping costs both ways, and would be happy to chip in something extra to off set the cost of ownership of these tools. Thanks very much - Dave

In the hardware store around the corner, pick up a short piece of pvc pipe with the same outer diameter plus a cap.

Dave,
If you do a search there's a couple of detailed posts that show you how to make them from simple PVC fittings. Cheap, easy, and work well.

Thanks guys, I've been looking at some of the tools people have crafted from PVC - its quite clever stuff people come up with. I was actually hoping to avoid making the tools if someone had them handy to lend since I don't have much free time for the car, and was hoping to put it toward the rebuild vs. tool crafting. No worries though...looks like it should be fairly easy to source / build what I need.

Thanks
Dave
