Sean and everyone - Thanks for the nice thoughts. I hit the big 65. Time for Medicare and a mess of senior discounts, unless they fall off the fiscal cliff.
I'm going through a bunch of other, uh, "lifestyle" changes at the moment as well, and haven't been on the List nearly as much in the past few months, but the 928 and the 928 community will always be a constant for me. The car still gives me a kick when I rev it out and is still a marvelous ride at 249K miles.

Hi Bill, sure have admired your car and all the great info in your posts. If I ever get discouraged about owning and caring for a "high miles" 928, I think of your car and realize I'm just being silly!
