LOL, now you tell us. . About a year ago I bought a complete '91 GT ABS/PSD wiring harness on Ebay for cheap, 'cause the seller hadn't disconnected the accelerometer in the pictures. Was still attached when I received the harness.

Default It's under the driver's seat

It's under the driver's seat on this side of the pond. And the cleaning worked for me. DeOxit is your friend.

I'm surprised it took this long for someone to do this...Please keep us posted.
If it's reasonably priced...I'm in. I'll keep the original for posterity.

The JDS replacement sensor is available now;

clicky

John won't mind me posting this as it's in other sections of the forum for other P cars that use them, and the price is $400 ; 300 Euro, 250 GBP

If its been a while I would start with flushing the PSD...

Usually if the warning comes on before you move off - it means its a pressurization issue - flushing may help or you may need to replace parts (pump, accululator, press switch, pressure hoses).

If the warnings come on while driving - its usually a connection, sensor or sensor reading issue.

If you get combinations of ABS warning and/or speedo dropouts then its related to the common parts with those systems. PSD relies on the ABS sensors - these can get clogged with junk (magnetic junk perhaps), Speedo also relies on one sensor and the digital speedo conversion relay.

If you only ever get PSD droputs alone then it could be the unique PSD wiring, the lateral acceleration sensor, in operation pressure vessel losses (after priming OK - so poss. PSD 'clutch' actuator leaks), or the PSD brain module itself.

Unless the failures started right after the seat was out I'd not think that the most likely cause.

Alan
