Very odd creeping overheating issue..

Ok..that seal WAS a problem. But not the fix.
When you first turn on the fans..both turn. I stopped there.
A few short moments later, one fan stops working. Plug has power...motor apparently is bad.
ONE fan..ya..gets hotter.

if you still have the cooling flaps open them,
then pull the fuse so they stay open,
you can leave the connector connected

Unless you are a Concours freak pull the flaps out altogether- as I am aware they restrict air flow through the cooling bay to and their only benefit is to [marginally] improve overall CD. Especially so if you are in a hot climate and blown. If you are having cooling issues generally do run the water wetter. The Redline stuff has an anti corrosion additive package but you need to throw in a new bottle every two years to keep it up to date. Wit this stuff you can go down to 25% glycol and still get reasonable frost protection should you need it. Not a problem where I am! It rained the other night and the temperature dropped to a freezing 20 degrees C!
By the way- have you seen these flaps on a GTS? I wonder why not!

Fred

Bustin things that work...is down my list of fixin things that dont.
But when they dont..they will be removed...but right now, they wont fix the current issue, which is a dead fan.
Trust me..I have no probs scrapping stuff that doesnt need to be there anymore.
My cooling issues are not shedding heat, but as-designed airflow.

Two things I can think of because you are supercharged that could help.
1. Look at the fan control module under the pass side seat cover. I forget exactly, but there is a way to jumper it so fans run 100%. But frankly when you're driving over 25MPH the fans do nothing. Also, as suggested, make sure cooling flaps are open.
2. You are running an intercooler, right? Where are you're heat exchangers? What are you using as a reservoir? I'm wondering if you might actually be putting heat into your charge, rather than cooling it. Another possibility is that the heat exchanger is blocking the rad and preventing it from cooling.

"The fan is connected, but only for a few seconds...then stops."
One possibility is that the fuse connector is getting hot and breaking connection. Doesn't cost anything to check and clean again...

My MAF honeycomb comes in Tuesday..then IC go bye bye.
Fan control is where? Was not aware of this..pics?

check the battery connections,
the two small red wires on the + terminal,
they supply fan power

Was just on the battery yesterday replacing the ground strap..all that's good.
One fan runs BWAAHHHH, pass side, no turn.
Give it power, no turn....and its -not- the fan motor still?

having just taken a fan motor apart with 177k miles on it with Texas an Nevada usage, i would find it hard to believe that the motor burned out on yours. They are pretty robust.
As mention connect 12v directly to the connections on the FAN connector on the fan...no turny=no worky period, your going to need a replacement, which BTW, 928intl does NOT have in stock (used at least).
Either the Bearings have seized up, brushes are COMPLETELY gone, or the rear bushing is seized..thats about all that can go wrong on them as far as i can tell?

That's what I did.
A few short moments later, one fan stops working. [The] Plug has power.
I pulled the plug, put a meter to it...plugged it back in. Whirrr...stop. turns freely as well.

"But there is only one fuse. ONE fan doesnt work, the drivers side works fine. "
Not sure what you mean...
Fuse #28 Radiator Fan 1
Fuse #29 Radiator Fan 2
