If California is so great, how come so many of them move to Wyoming? It's kinda hard to keep them out and we want to retain our reputation as the least populated state in the union. Not sure about you Canucks.

I spent 20 years in western NY, I have my lifetime supply of gray skies under my belt already. Houston was great in my 20's, I thought I would stay there till I met my bride. The problem with native Californians is their propensity to develop Seasonal Affective Disorder unless they're in California. So here I am.

LOL!
Not WY, but I'm leaving my 2000 sq ft + small 3 car garage in San Diego for 4,000 sq ft plus a big garage that is close to 950 sq ft and lift ready near Raleigh North Carolina; and they have 4 seasons in the year !

You leaving Neil?
Yes, to every non-Californian - it's horrible here, don't come.

Deb and I met a lot of nice people when we went to Hollywood.
To bad the country has gone through such a recession.
It is very noticeable how the roads and buildings need to be repaired or updated.
very very sad as those are places we Canadians go during the winter to escape the cold.

My Hat is off to the CA guys, also. There are not too many other places where you can have a big truck roll over and dump its load on the interstate and slow traffic down to a mere crawl for most of the day and into the night so that it takes 2 hours or more to go the 13 miles from SF12 to the Hotel in Diamond Bar. Then when going the other way, which is quicker, you enjoy that wonderful bumpity, bumpity, bumpity ride like sailing your speed boat over choppy water that you get when driving at speed on their wonderful wavy concrete freeways.

The bumps at 120 are much less noticeable
