Too bad theres a ton of electronics..I would guess...to drive the 6spd automatic.

there is.....but lots of aftermarket control systems for the 6L80E.....lots and lots of old school hot rods use them
The other downside of the Vette transaxle is WEIGHT.....I believe they are 200lbs vs 122lbs for the G28-03

So the whole Vette drivetrain should push the 928 more towards the 45/55 ratio?

Not really........if you run the vette engine thats 100lbs lighter, you still are lighter.....
