+1 on DD clutch adjustment!

Looking forward to another great event! Count me in, probably without the girls, unless the little one really wants to come see the dog

Question, is anyone thinking of going from Boston or slightly west of the city?

I will be in the city that morning and if someone wants to wants to ride out with me, I will drive my 89 SuperShark. Be ideal if you have been and know how to get there, though I plan on having my Garmin.

Anyone intersted, pls PM me.

Tass, another idea for tech session, also since we will have a Hammer, I need to have my PSD checked for operation.

On startup I can hear a slight noise from rear fender, probably pump energizing, but would like to have it checked .

I wonder if I can sell this to the wife as an wedding aniversary ride in the country. If Obama can have a debate on his wedding aniversary I think I can pull this one off....

I'll leave the romance element of your drive up to you but once you get here there will be other wives, kids and non 928 geeks. I keep a fire going in the barn fireplace and there are a couple of couches in there where the wives /girlfriends seem to congregate. It'll be all good......

I've asked Tass if I can do torque tube swap with the one from Constantine. He does not mind if others are interested in something like that and would be willing to lend their help. So I figured I'll ask here - it's not an easy task (both labor and time) and I'm not sure if anyone would like to lend their help with this... Please let me know if there is an interest in this and I will go ahead and order one from Constantine.

Cheers!

I could meet anyone interested at 9am at the first rest area from rte 128/95 going west, and 9:40 at the first rest area after rte 495.

Edit to change the Tech Session number to 8. I forgot we had a fall 2011 get together that was more of a visit and chat event. It turned into a tech session when Ernest showed us how to straighten a rim with a big hammer.

Hi tech or low tech.....it was still tech so #8 it is!

Wondering if anyone attending might have a portable exhaust gas analyzer - looking to check the CO on my cat-less, O2 sensor-less Euro.

Counting the days - may favorite 928 event of the year.

Carl - I'll meet up with you for the drive out - either rest area works.

If you want to pick it up in Quincy that morning, you can drive one of my sharks, Carl! You'd have to choose between headers and radio, though.

I have a set of Jerry Feather windshield gap filler strips that I'll be selling as they don't fit my car, if anyone is interested in them. $40. Also have a replacement washer filler neck hose, in black silicone, for $10. I'll have both with me day-of if anyone wants them.
