Three of them are in great shape, even the center-caps. The fourth one somebody painted black for some reason. Still lots of tread on the tires and they stay full --they are more than 30 years old, tho.

Just noticed you are in Berkeley. I will be up there this week. How near to downtown are you?

A stone's throw, but the car is in Alameda. I can either arrange for you to check it out during the day without me, or I can meet you in the evening. I do really need to get it out of my buddy's backyard, tho, so I'll be calling salvagers tomorrow.

On three of the wheels, I believe. Not sure about the black wheel.

Yep, and when looking at the car straight-on from the front, it is not symmetrical.

This is my friend Jesse, who's been persuaded to part the car out by one wise gentleman on this thread:

Needless to say, Jesse found a few things I might want to keep.

Not Pirelli's btw?

Pod and dash you see inside the car at the end came out of my '79. Both are in a sad state of bad refurb. I don't think you want them.

Hi all,

My name is Jesse and I'm working with Travis to part out this car. It's currently at my place in Alameda, CA 94501.

Hood, fenders, doors and glass is all available and in great shape.

Wheels are available when the car no longer needs to roll.

Engine, transmission, torque tube are all low miles and available.

Any other random bits are also available.

I just read over this whole string and agree that this car was not a good restoration candidate, but it is full of great parts for other resto projects. At this point of being stripped of the interior and much of the not-needed-to-move pieces, it could still be an awesome low budget track car or LeMons/Chump car racer... which is what I would love to see happen with it.

Thanks for posting Jesse. Yes, I'll be handing over the title to Jesse and you can ping him directly for anything you want off this car.

We pulled the fuel tank and battery box out of the parts car. Both are in fantastic shape, The tank could just use a flush after all these years.

Anyone want to take these off my hands? I'm selling everything at less than 50% of 928 International prices.

The interior pieces are all gone already.
