What are the odds of getting through smog in California?
Not driving through smog but getting it to pass smog.

Zero, never been registered in Calif, so you would need to have a full epa certification done to show it meets CA emission standards (think $10k easy).

Vin is wp0zzz92zes840275 shows recently as for sale at a used car lot.

Looks like it got historic plates after 06. Savable car depending on price...
