I'm with Jason on this.

One of you needs to bring some biscuits.

Some big 'ol cathead biscuits with some Jimmy Dean maple sausage in 'em.

A buddy of mine wants to go to this, so I'm definately in.

I'll be in the shark in my avatar, if anyone wants to meet up.

i Haven't made one in a while. They were better when we had the smaller crowd a few years back. I did a presentation on the 928 at one of them.

Let me know if others are going this Sunday I might try to make it. I am selling a house a few blocks away and need to go down anyhow. Was going to take the turbo but since other 928's might be there maybe I will take the GTS.

BTW all these nice 928's in the area and why don't I see any of you at our PCA events? We had some incredible Concours events this year and our summer picnic 55th celebration was fantastic. 555 people 85 cars on display and mine was the only 928. ???? I try to put together some fun social gatherings but for some reason the 928 crowds seem to shy away from them. We need more 928's at our events. Most o you live a stones throw away.

I made a vow this year to do more car stuff. With the 928, I've been to several C&C's, one Bear Mountain car show, and the recent drive/get together arranged by Mickster. In June, I attended the PCA Auto-X school/event with the 911. I would do more, but family life and obligations always seem to overlap with events I'd like to attend. Concours is just not for me, but I may try Auto-X again, even though it's a horribly humbling and demoralizing experience

Hey Tony--Nice meeting you, and that's one nice 930.

This was again, a lot of fun. Great weather and about 100 cars. The Enzo showed up again. Nice Ford GT, and a bunch of other Ferraris. My favorite might have been the AMC Gremlin X survivor. There was also a Renault Le Car, which was really out of left field.

I didn't get to stay as long as I wanted to, due to other committments. Love to get to this again before the weather gets bad and the 928 goes into the garage.

Check and see if my picture is still in the lobby with a diagonal red line through it.

Back when (late sixties), it was the Township High School, tough rivalry with the guys in the borough. I bailed for Cali in my junior year. Cali high school wouldn't accept my ice hockey activities as PE until threatened. I learned lot in NJ...

Mike,

Sorry we didn't have a chance to talk more. I was curious what you did to your exhaust to make it sound so deep. Has a real V8 growl to it. These events get rather overwhelming with all the cars and I know so many people there that I haven't seen in awhile so I just started bouncing around talking. I took a few shots early on but have seen so many of these exotics it isn't as interesting as it used to be. You have to admit where can you see an Enzo some of the latest Ferrari's tons of Porsche's all models next to an ultra low mileage all original AMC Gremlin in near perfect condition. What I really thought was cool other than the RR Silver Ghost was the 14k all original Delorean parked between the vintage Fords. It was a time machine sandwiched between 2 time capsules.

I hope to make it to more of these this year now that I finally have my garage completed and my cars are on the road again. Let me know what days you guys are going and I will bring the GTS next time. Although I believe there is a drive on the 20th of October I will be attending instead of the C & C event.

Hey Tony--I made a simple modification to the exhaust called "let the rear muffler get rust holes in it." HA!

I'm going to replace it with a Borla system soon, hopefully while retaining that nice low rumble.

Hope to see you on the 20th. Nice pics! Really is a fun event.
