Check 4th photo. Looks familiar but I can't remember where I have seen it before.

I think I see at least three 928's in there...

The full auction info is at http://www.braunco.com. I logged in, and found it is in Fillmore, about 1 hr from here. I could no fewer than 5 928's in the photos in a variety of vintages. I see 32 and 16 valve intakes, a pallet stacked with heads, plus tools and lifts.

I recall that there is someone in Fillmore with a stash of 928 stuff, and I am presuming this is them.

this may help...." Eric,
Since I am unable to get confirmation from the state investigator as to the case status, and as such I will gladly apoligize for my statements accuracy at this time as it cannot be confirmed. I agree, that was very rude of me to state that you are a "menace to society", and thereby retract that statement.

I did go to the county records at:

http://courts.countyofventura.org/ci...earch_name.asp

to see if there was any record on file, but unfortunately, I do not remember the name that you operated under back then as I only typed in your current name of Eric Munck.

I also went to this site:

http://members.aol.com/Musttanguy/horses7.html

to see if there was any additional info.

I will post whatever I do find to this thread as often as possible.

Regards,
Marc

So much out of context, I can't make out what the issues were. The links are dead. Can you give us a synopsis?

The stuff in the auction looks to be of good quality.

Just search..... Eric Munck. And I would question the status of the titles on any "cars" before buying one.

Yeah, cars for me is out the question because of space, time and finances. But "stuff" could be interesting.

Doesn't the auctioneer have to have clear title to sell?

This could be Munck's ex-wife who is auctioning these items. She lives in Fillmore and they ended on bad terms a few years ago....imagine that.
She is actually a wonderful woman who uses her property to run a private dog rescue. I've adopted from her since the split with Munck. Eric kept all the Porsche stuff in a large hangar that was on the property.
Give me a shout if you plan to go, Rob.

From the public picures, looks like one 928S shape, one GTS and one S4/GT, as well as the widebody track car.

The open wheeler looks like an awesome track toy!

None of the three black cars look like they have engines.

That may be true. There were photos of heads and blocks elsewhere.

There was at least one photo of a 32 valve in-car and a 16 valve in-car.

Registration at the site is free, there's probably 2 dozen photos total.

I owned and de-Muncked a '93 GTS Eric built. I wish I could out the west coast for the auction.
