Shoot no. If it takes that long - they could cook it at home - stick it in their minifridge in their room. Then at midnight we pop the hoods put the pots in the engines - and someone hollers "Start Your Engines!" Voila - 30 minutes later we're eating bowls of piping hot goodness and crackers by exhaust fumes.

However, My chili takes about an hour to cook & simmer...nothing fancy. And I will have the trailer there in the parking lot to hook up electricity.

Or there's Midnight Muffin Madness!

1 crockpot is already spoken for the Hot Schnappolate.

Other suggestions??

Ohhhh...So you are talkin about midnite snack competition for the parkinglot party at 1 or 2 am (depending on daylight savings time change over) after the pizza place and everything else closes!!! Great idea.!

Now wait just a minute!!!! Don't you think it would be prudent, before we set a time and since we will be in a small town, to find out what time the late am-bal-lance driver goes off duty??

Cathy and Olen will be attending some of the events @3rd Coast. We live about 40 miles away from Marble Falls and won't be staying at the Hotel but traveling back and forth.Hate we will miss the midnight night parking lot snacks but we have pets to take care of. Looking forward to meeting everybody and seeing some great cars.

I forgot all about this Newspaper that the Proprietor of the Antlers Hotel next door was sweet enough to send us last year after the 928 invasion of the Hill Country.
Here is the Third Coast Posse at Sunday Pre-CarShow Breakfast at the Junction House Restaurant (The old Chainsaw Massacre House).
We had a 4 page spread! Will Post more tomorrow.

I will actually be driving my own car this time. Blue 1988 s4. Bought it early October. Just buttoning up the cam belt, new wires, etc. Replaced carrier bearing in torque converter, new wheel bearing all around.
Karen and I will see you all in a couple of weeks.

John
