Just curious, why don't they fit? Too big? Too small? I didn't think Keel changed how the injectors were installed. I know Pizza also had a Keel manifold... so I'm curious what the issue is. I finally put mine in this past summer, and they are a HUGE improvement over those rubber grommets.

hmmm..well..mine dont fit?
I did keep the O rings on however? but from an initial try, not even the "metal" part would drop into the hole in the manifold?
I think if i had time with a dremel to shave a little of the inside dia of the holes on the manifold they would. Issue is my manifold is all mounted up...and Im not breaking the seal to remove it and try.
they are just a fraction too big.
If it comes to it, down the road, i will make the effort and fit them...but at this point, my car is running better than it EVER has with the SC'r on it.....not touch'n it!!

Keep 'em. They should fit (no donut o-ring) but I had to gently press fit a couple of mine in.
But I totally understand not wanting to touch the car when it's running great.

Well, I finally got off dead center and jumped into the uncharted waters of the Heat Exchanger (thanks Hans) placement and install. Any suggestions, warnings, recommendation and pictures from you guys will be greatly appreciated.
First, I got the cooling flaps out. Can or should any of the frame or plastic air flow directors be used ? Doesn’t seem like there will be room.
I have the Cobra HEX similar to Tony’s (I think). From your picture, Tony, it looks like you mounted it horizontally near the front and towards the top with a clamp/ allthread arrangement. My HC already has two mounting ears that would make a similar install pretty simple and easy. Obviously, the way your car runs this is a good way to go. Any thing you would do differently?
I know several other have this same HEX. Did you mount it the same way, etc.,etc.
Thanks for all your help and I hope everyone has a GREAT holiday season.
