Is anyone planning to attend Porschfest on 9/8 at Larz Anderson Auto Museum in Brookline MA? It would be nice to have a good showing of 928's, as we have in previous years.

In the past, this weekend has been known as the Boston Shark Party, with a couple of GTG's bracketing the event at Larz. I haven't heard of any plans yet.

Have a wedding in NJ Friday, so won't get back up to Mass until midday Saturday, so hopefully catch after GTG if there is one.

Who wants to sponser the GTG after the show? Always a great gathering. Looking forward to seeing old and new members. Fingers crossed for good weather.

The after party has been at Rick's in the past. I am willing to host if Rick is not planning to do it this year. I don't have a Garage Mahal or lift, but I do have a cooler and BBQ.

As of today, I have not heard of any plans for a 928 GTG after Porschefest at Larz Anderson on 9/8, so I am offering to host a low key GTG at my house, unless Rick is planning to hold one at his place.

I will provide BBQ meat/salads and basic bevies; feel free to BYOB. I am located about 10 miles North of Boston, near the intersection of I-95 and I-93. Please let me know if you can make it so I can get a headcount. PM me for the address.

Too bad this evaporated. Lesson- don't wait for the PCA chapter to affirmatively reach out to the 928 folks, for this at least.
