Default Camshaft removal write-up.

Does anyone have step-by-step instructions for camshaft removal of a 32V engine? Searching the forums turned up lots of good suggestions, but no comprehensive how-to.

What has you stuck?
It's a pretty straight forward job. Everything you really need is in the manual.

Get the engine to TDC. Un-bolt the chain tensioner. Since you do not plan on putting them back on all you need to do is loosen the camshaft bearing caps a little at a time until all the spring pressure is released.
