Not every auction is really an auction, and not everything "sold" at auction is really a sale. There are so many games afoot at many auctions it is difficult to conclude anything with any degree of certainty. For the very vast majority of 928 folks having a car that appeared in a movie, no matter how popular the movie may have been, or how big the star is or was, adds very little if anything to the real value of the car.
