If it is like I thought , that little retard in the switch means a little retard for the ecu to understand the engine is not idling anymore so the mixture is a little lean,also the ignition timing could be affected, and when you nail the throttle the engine hesitates...for a second , but it hesitates. thit is what was happening on my old BMWs and a my friends Bmws......

but I don't want to do confusion , so check if you hear a click as you see the throttle shaft is moving ....
At least you can withdraw the switch from the suspects list.
