My wife has no interest. Gavin may be sick-we were up all night (hence why I am just writing now) so I am not sure if Gavin is going to make it or not.

Right now the forecast says 20% chance of rain all day (with higher likelihood before dawn, at 11AM and at 6PM).

I'd say we are on but, as always, use your best judgement wherever you are coming from.

In the event the weather forecast changes radically I will send out an email and post here by 8AM. I would say Rain Date is next Sunday but we'll play it by ear.

Thanks!

Michael

I am guessing around 1-1:30PM.

Gavin is in! Caren is definitely not coming.

Lost one Westchester person.

Will put out the word one last time!

Okay great. Just a heads up guys, on your way up, be very careful on the palisades (if you come up this way) as it is loaded with State Troopers hiding in every nook they can. Also, once you get to a certain point on the Palisades you will not have cell phone service at all (exit 14 or so on up) as there is a military base nearby which blocks out all cell phone signals.

As much as I love the Palisades, no way am I taking it for any major length---it leads to the GW Bridge and Cross Bronx--guaranteed to hurt a 928!

Really great time riding with you guys today. If only my hose didn't go, we could have spent more time drivin.

Thanks to Pete, Pete, And Mike for helping me get back on the road. Def noted, will be changing heater control valve and checking the flex plate.

Mike, thanks for organizing and your xpipe sounds nasty every time you pull away btw. I'm tempted.

Nice meeting all of you guys and thank you slava for letting us meet at your deli. Fontana, wish we had chance to chat and drive together. Next time. Hope to see you all again soon.

Okay-Anthony Fontana is a great guy-we only got to meet and go due to Ed (928Benz) hose problem-but still we totaled 9 928s between Pound Ridge and Bear Mountain-that is definitely a great turnout!

Ant-your car looks AMAZING! Once you get through the little stuff you are going to have a great ride on your hands!

Every decade represented! Silver, White, Red and Black!

I took no pix but I know others did!

Time to eat, shower up and work for the next 6 hours on 3 days of presentations for work!!

Big shout out to ElGreco (Pete) and his cousin (Pete) who worked on Ed's car to get it going--including a run to Home Depot for 3/4" heater tube to replace what may have been the original hose from 1986!
