Is yours not rebuildable? Even if you find one it will need to be rebuilt.
I mailed Jim my box of O-rings for rebuilding WURs and Fuel Dist's. Maybe he can send you some.
If you want to tackle a rebuild I'd be glad to cheer you on. Ask me about the thermo-time elimination mod too!
^^^^
Mike, matter of fact, I was going offer to rebuild his... with oring you so graciously sent me (do you need them back?)
Just wanted to make sure he had a core, with no diaphram leak (can't fix that!)
Good morning gentlemen. Mine isn't changing the pressure as it should. From full cold to full hot, the control pressure only changes by 4psi. I haven't checked the diaphram for leakage yet.
And Mike, why don't you tell us about your thermo time delete mod?

I'm not sure I'm using the correct terminolgy.
It's not the WUR but the switch that controls the cold start valve that I eliminate and replace with a toggle switch. It then becomes like driving a car with a manual choke and life is wonderful!
You have something completely different going on with the metal strip thingy inside the WUR. There aren't many things involved beyond the diaphram and strip. Dirt and corrosion are probably the most likely problems aside from leakage IIRC but my WUR knowledge has been going out the window to make room for stuff like remembering to install all the bolts that hold important parts of my car on.
Jim, you're now the keeper of the box of CIS O-rings!

When mine started acting up, all it needed was a good disassemble and thorough cleaning!
The screens in the top are prolly gummed up with crud I have been having good luck with a few drops of muratic acid in the top to clean everything out. Don't try to remove the screens they are part of the restriction I tried that already. I remove the WUR from the car and put it in the sink before using the acid and rinse well with water to neutralize the acid after. I left the acid in for about 2 hours. It worked great on the last three I played with. Might be worth a try before you go spending alot of money.
