Total WAG, but IF Sean's 36 pounders came from Roger, AND they're the same as the 36'ers that I got from Roger, then they're Bosch 0 280 150 450.

I am having trouble finding the specs for 0 280 150 450, but there is no way in hell that the correct opening time is >1.5ms. It's probably more like ~0.7ms. Try setting injector size to 34lb and opening time to 1.0ms. Then play with the cranking pulse width until it starts properly. If it doesn't run start/run properly, then you are masking another problem by setting the opening time that high.

I'm with Dan. SOMETHING is wrong. Since the car ran well initially with more appropriate settings, then failed, now requires weird settings, I would start over.

If I follow Dans advice, which is the same as everyone elses thoughts, it will not give a good pulse and will not start. I did exactly this over the course of 3 days and only yesterday when I went the opposite of what everyone said, did it start working with the cranking width set above 4.
That is the reason for this thread, to find out what could be going on. The harness is fine, I've tested every strand of it in both hot and cold conditions. I've pulled the boots back on everything. Both LH's (rebuilts) do the same thing each and every time. All sensors on the car are operating as they should. I have proper signals coming and going from every where and that is why I was lead back to the settings in the sharktuner.

They are 028 015 0450 's. I didn't have much luck getting any information on them either.
The car ran well with the initial settings but would never restart unless the settings were set back to 19lb stock. And then it was only cold.. Now with the settings at the current level, there has not been a single cold or hot start. What everyone seems to miss. The car was started cold, driven and base tuned and only after the first shut off would it not restart.

Hmm.. info is hard to find. If they were Ford Motorsport you might be able to ask Ford for specs. Fiat? LOL good luck ![Big Grin](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Here's some info for 42lb/hr Bosch 150-series injectors. The specs probably aren't that far removed from your 36lb Bosch 150-series.. but its "probably". Note the stock LS1 injectors are around 28lb so the minimum pulse is probably splitting the difference.

Opening-time (offset, latency, dead-time) is not listed in Stan Weiss's tables. I've found some data elsewhere that suggests opening-time for those injectors are about twice the more common injectors (e.g. Ford Motorsports 24# at around 0.83 ms, corrected for voltage and pressure), and some comments in Fiat tuner forums (hey, don't laugh) that they are quite slow.
But anecdotes are not data, and without data we might as well be beating on this thing with a hammer. I am waiting for a call back from Roger to confirm the part#. Tuning is a lot easier with the right starting point.

Sell the 36 pounders to somebody with a Ford Muskrat and bite the bullet and get some 42 pounders.
You won't ever have to upgrade again. You already know a smaller pulley will be in your future hahaha
