My 91 928 S4 owners manual I ordered is out. I can get
a 89 that is available. How close is this manual to my 91 ?

I ordered it from Tom at 928 Intl. He's out of 90,
91, 92. Found one at another web site. Maybe.

My 1989 S4, was registered in December 1989, with the following Manuals:

1. Owners Manual 928 S4 / 928 GT, dated 6/89 (WKD 928 020 90) which I think means it's valid at least through the first half of 1990;
2. Service Manual Edition No. 25, dated 6/89.

I'd guess your car could very likely have been delivered with a Manuals dated as early as 6/90.

A big change in 89 was the digital instrumentation. You can probably check the substantial changes between '91 and '89, online.

I tried the WEB site offering the owners manual, when selecting any of them, I get a GOOGLE error MSG stating document not located.

Did you try 928 Specialists? 928GT.com. I have an extra never used Warranty & Maintenance Manual for sale. Also on Pelican forums saw someone selling one. They always pop up on EBay. Get the electronic then get the printed.
