Default FS: Brembo Brake Caliper set of four

I have a complete set of FOUR USED brake calipers. I believe these are for the 86-95 model year.
$500 shipped inside the lower 48.

I will include the pictured brake line kit.

Hmmmm...crickets.?.?.?

One of the big three has these for $400 a pair (used), I thought $500 for all four was fair.

I will gladly consider any offers.

Pop the pads from them and see if they are early style vs. later S4 style, for which service parts like seals and dust boots can be found. That dramatically affects their usefulness, at least to me.

I thought the calipers with the raised lettering were the old style and the ones with the PORSCHE stickers were new style. No?

Thanks Drbob. I will do that this afternoon after work.
Are there part numbers to look for after clean up?

Nope - the raised letters were used up until 1990 when they changed to smooth with the transfers.

My '89 has raised letters but the later style of dust caps and piston sizes.

Rears could be 86-95, but fronts changed in 92/93. GTS's have bigger front rotors and calipers.

Mine the same. Just rebuilt mine, but would be interested in these if they are the '89-90 pieces with the later dust boots and piston seals.

Drbob- I did what you suggested and have found numbers of each half of the one that I have looked at.
20.4565.00 Brembo side (back)
20.4564.00 Porsche side (front)
They both have a circled 88 and a smaller 2.

Under the pad were 3 very thin metal pcs, like spacers or washers. The one furthest out and closest to the exterior had round inserts that fit the large wholes.

Hope that helps you identify these items.
Thanks

The pics are purposely large and I would be glad to take specific angles or views for you.

The raised lettering was done away with so that the calipers could be shared with other cars and the cost came down for Porsche.
They are black anodized aluminum with only a clear coat, so a fresh coat of clear brings them back to like new. Not black paint with clear coat.

Those appear to be the "late" brakes.

Thank you for all that helped to identify these parts. I hope the original description was somewhat accurate, although incomplete.

I also hope that a member can put these to good use.......

Will they fit on my 82?

My 86.5 already has them.
