Default Absolutely Exquisite 1987 928S4

I don't think they get much cleaner than this one. This is my latest mistress and I feel like it's '87 all over again and I'm back in HS.

I'm gonna enjoy her for a while and then she will be available for the next enthusiast.

Nice job.
Best Wishes with it.
As you can tell I'm partial to the color, model, and year.

Nice straight body and interior.

Judging by the engine bay its all original and untouched, which is good news as it reduces the chance of PO-funded screw-ups Although it also means you're driving around with 25 year old rubber fuel lines.

Its worth replacing the fuel lines. If you're planning on flipping the car, thats about all you should do other than a good detail

If you want to actually drive it for a while, its worth getting it plugged into a diagnostic computer (which requires adding chips from an 88), so you can find out whether its got broken knock sensors or hall sender (very likely one of the three is broken - which costs 20+ ponies), and then get them fixed by doing an intake refresh.

Thank you for the advice, I will have it checked ASAP.

Thanks everyone for the comments! Before I took the photos, I performed the following:

1. Bath
2. Clay bar w/ Quick Detailer as lubricant
3. Pinnacle Natural Brilliance Paintwork Cleansing Lotion
4. Pinnacle Natural Brilliance Souveran Pure Brazilian Ivory Carnauba (smells like naked ladies sunbathing)

Nice 944 wheels. Did you get new tires, or just some you had kicking around?

I need to figure out what 245/45/16's are available for 16" rears - I'm putting stock S4 rims back on my 87 as soon as I'm done replacing the leaky injector(s).
