I did my final charge after R&R'ing the front of the AC system.

I filled on a 75d evening, to about 35psi on the low side, which was about 240psi on the high side.

I have NO way of judging perfect mass of coolant added out of cans.

That's the best way if you are going from the can.

s4bill, you find someone local to figure out the issue, Let me know. I have the same issue and you probably are running into the same sweating problem while sitting on leather seats in 102 degree weather that we are having!
