Default Pascha in an unexpected place.

I rented a Mini Cooper Zipcar at lunch today and when I got in, I couldn't believe my eyes.

In the options on the Mini site, it's called "Cloth: Checkered".

Anyone know where this fabric can be had?

Wow...I am interested in that too. Would love to use in the 89 inserts when I have money again.

Yep...just checked their web site and its its offered as an option on SPORT seats only. WOW...Now i wonder what colors are available. I bet there will only be subtle colors and not wild, off the hook 70's colors. But that may do.

I'll go in on a batch if anyone can find it. I need enough for front & rear seats and inserts.

might try GAHH, I don't know whether they are an OEM supplier but worth a shot.

What was the fabric like? Looks smooth and shiny.

It has texture and is woven, but that's pretty subtle. It appears to have a finish on it that gives it a little gloss.
