Torque Converter flex plate from 86 to 87 s4?

Default Torque Converter flex plate from 86 to 87 s4?

hi does anyone know if the flex plate from the Torque Converter on a 86 auto is the same with the 87 s4?

According to PET the flex plate for the 86 is not the same as the 87. PET says 960 116 042 00 is for 83 to 86 and 960 116 042 02 is for 87 to 95. I have no idea what the physical differences are....

Different number of teeth on the crank position (tone) ring. (EZ-F vs. EZ-K.)

Are you talking about the rear plate that bolts to the Torque converter? or the Front Flex plate that is bolted to the crankshaft?

I looked up the rear plate, not the front. I assumed that was the question.
