Pick a weekend, and I'd definately be interested in establishing a 928 presence.
Hey Mike, I responded to you before but forgot to include your original message. We could start a "cars for hotdogs" at JJ's or Tony's hahaha.

Seriously, I would consider the C&C in Chatham. Any word on where the new spot would be?

I would be interested in going. I have some friends with some pretty nice toys both old and new that would go too.

Hey GDG--
Here's a link to the group on Yahoo:
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/candcnj/

Looks like they used a local high school parking lot last weekend, but are trying to settle on a hotel parking lot in Parsippany.

The one time I went, it leaned towards high-end European. Lots of Ferraris, and Porsches, or course. A couple really rare cars. A couple older American Muscle. One of the guys pointed out an Alfa that he said wasn't even being imported currently. As I said, well worth going.

I'm kinda booked until mid-June, but after that, I should be good to go.

Which hotel in Parsippany? Just curious.

Not too far from where I used to stay in Mountain Lakes/Denville (Courtyard on 46 and then Residence Inn).

That's the same Hilton that hosts the big Lead East car show every Labor Day weekend.

Nice looking shark.
Pics of engine compartment might help us. Shouldn't have to lean-in.
Fanatic is one thing, maintenance is another, probably will need some significant intake refresh despite miles, eyes wide open!
The best 928 mechanics and most experienced owners are on this board and can help.
Never will a local mechanic have more knowledge than you find here.
Get somebody like Mike Frye to look at it.

Thank you Landseer. I will take a couple of engine pics this weekend and post them. I am really seeing that there is tons of info, knowledge and experience on this board! I have had a pretty hectic week at work but I'm planning on getting a really good look at the car this weekend. I'm going to take care of the power steering hose and look into the intake but I don't have time for the CV boot. I have scheduled an appointment with Power Tech (local P car shop) in a couple of weeks.

Is Mike Frye local to me? I'm in northern NJ.

Thanks agian!
