It is new and for 78/79 and if you use it for other years you have to figure out how to attach it to your starter ring.

If anybody needs one, it would be you for your restore projects.

Andre
So the intermediate plates are the same, just the start ring is different for later dual disc clutches...... Still sounds like a great deal to me.....I'll take it, since it will work on my new racer.....

Email your paypal and I shoot the funds....

The starter ring is attached to the intermediate disc on the 80-86 clutch.

So you will either need to find a way to move the starter ring or buy an 78/79 starter ring? No idea since I've never taken the clutch out of my 79.

This is the intermediate disc in your car:

Yes this is a screaming deal - only reason why I passed is I have enough parts to convert my 79 to the later setup so both of my cars are the same.

My racer is a 79............whats interesting is my lemons project car was also a 79....just took a look at the clutch that came off that one....it has an 80-86 intermediate plate!!! Must be a late 79....

BUT I don't know whats in my racer? Still a smoking deal.....can't be that hard to adapt the plate...I'll take it no matter what

Andre
