In 9 years of 928 ownership, and living on the West Coast and now the East, I have dealt with all 3 - Jim and Tom, Jeanie and Dave, and Roger. I have only had one issue during this history. They have all been most helpful during my 928 'apprenticeship'. I'll admit I do have a hierarchy of who I use, but they should all be considered trustworthy. If Dave and Jeanie are having a spell, I hope it passes soon.

Out of all the 928 vendors, Jeanie gives the best hugs, no contest.

Several orders in the last few months, no issues. I'd say the service has been better than most, frankly, to the extent they bent over backwards for a $2.50 ****.

On the comments about using this vendor or that, it isn't so easy. No one vendor has all the parts you need, regardless of whether they can get them or not. Sometimes you can't wait for them to get a part, you need a part quickly and overnight.
