Default Torque spec

I'm getting ready to put front cover with pump back in my 86.5's auto transmission. The torque spec I'm seeing is 13Nm. That seems low. Is that about right, or am I looking in the wrong spot?

The torque numbers for the Mercedes transmission are indeed extremely low. I torque the front pump hardware to 14 ft. lbs. on each one that I do. The 13nm just doesn't seem like it it enough to keep the pump tight, to me.
