What weight is swepco 502?
I am currently running Castrol 20/50 GTX.
I see swepco 306 is 20/50, wouldn't that be better?

1 quart of Rislone in an oil change then a bottle of techron in a full tank of gas, Drive it hard for short rides after being fully warmed up, then in 1 or 2 months time roughly do an oil change again back to all oil.

Per MMO: "Marvel recommends using 4oz of MMO for every 10 gallons of gasoline."

I do a full bottle in the tank every 3 months and a bottle in the oil right before oil change (add to hot oil let car idle for 5 minutes or so then drain it change filter..)

After an oil change with one quart of mystery oil, and half a bottle into the gas followed by a fill-up.
I ran the car pretty hard, and it ran well.
However after stopping and doing a hot start, it cranks slow and eventually started.
However I am getting the flashing gear indicators (automatic), the flashing hazard, and no power to the stereo, along with a continous door/key in ignition chime.
I think this is the loose timing belt warnings.
Any insight appreciated.

Cranks slow on a hot start, not news you want to hear with an AT.

Check the battery and related cables, hope its electrical.

Since adding the MMO oil I have been getting the warning that makes the gear indicator flash and kills power to the radio, and interior lights, plus door chime constantly rings.
I drained oil and added 8 quarts Castrol 20/50 high milage.
I believe the warning reset. Will test more in AM.
Owners guide does not speak about this warning.

what gear warning are you getting?
might it look like a timing belt tension warning?
look in the owners manual to decipher the light.

Has the flex plate ever been checked ?
was the rear pichbolt also checked /tightened

I had valve noise on start up and after idling for more than a few minutes once warm.

Swepco 502 was recommended by folks here and what a difference. No more valve noise on start up or after as long as 30 minutes at warm idle.
