I'm considering moving a bunch of stuff out of storage and wanted to see whether or not it makes sense get rid of these things.

I'd like to find a new home for a few leftover 928 items that I've collected over the years. I started holding onto these things for a manual transmission conversion but I no longer have the free time to devote to such an extensive project and I've now decided to move on to other plans.

I'd like to find new homes for a few items:

1986 dual disk intermediate plate $750
- this came from a 30,000 mile car

1985 / 1986 928 S3 camshaft set (4) with valve covers (2)
- popular upgrade for GTS engines
- came out of parted motor with only 70k miles.
- Motor had electric fire not any type of internal failure

1986 5 speed torque tube $200 REDUCED (local pickup only)
- 5 speed torque tube and driveshaft

You will need to find out if these cams have the modified thrust bearing. If they do not, then they cannot be installed without modification.

I already PM'ed him this morning for the cams. No reply yet.

 

Colin is right, you will have to have the S3's modified to work in a GTS/S4 engine.

 

And how much does that cost$$??

 

My bad, sorry Ryan, didn't know extensive mods needed to use these in a GTS. Have to withdraw my dibs ....
