Does your car have added on rear 1/4 lights ? and do you need just the skin or almost 1/4 of a car ? Plus shipping becomes a big part of the cost. You should be able to source a USA 1/4 near you and fill in the hole for the USA 1/4 marker light but that might be considered "repaired".

I've got an 84 Euro parts car, but its been painted at least once, no idea how I would check for body work, remove it, or ship it from SoCal.

My car does have added rear quarter lights and I only need the skin.
Also, if used, I would need the rear edge where the bumper cover bolts to the quarter panel.

Just use a refrigerator magnet. If it falls off there is bondo ! This does NOT work on the doors and front fenders but great for the main body shell

Larger question is how would it be removed or shipped, otherwise bondo is moot.

BTW my US 83 had the passenger side rear quarter smashed pretty good near the door pillar, and it was almost entirely repaired by metal work, shrinking and whacking, with filler only used to get that last bit of smooth.

Much depends on how much he needs, full panel including window surround, or just partial. And one big *** box Which is why he needs one closer to him so he can drive over and pick it up.

I have a 87 S4 parts car in Michigan, don't know if it would fit your car though? I know its a drive but your welcome to come and cut the panel out that you need or take the whole shell once I'm done with it (hopefully in two weeks). Buy me a case of beer and its yours!

Nice offer but does not really fit since the rear lower portion is not there on an S-4 since the bumper cover wraps around.

Unless I can find a whole panel within reasonable distance, I guess I'll just have to do some welding/riveting/glassing/bondoeing....

You might want to post a photo of the damaged area lots of experienced body guys post here. And rivets and fiberglass should not be part of a 1/4 panel repair on a 928.

Will post updated photos when I get home tonight. As for rivets and fiberglass... It's not something I want to do, but since I lack the skills to weld in new pieces of sheet metal, I don't have much choice. Unless I dropped a quoted $3000 at a body shop to get it properly repaired -.- hence, why I'm looking for a complete new panel.

I know it's kind of hard to tell with the black paint, but the fender is pretty messed up:

The rust hole in the rocker panel

Note: not pictured is the torn-up holes for the bolts that hold the rear bumper cover to the quarter panel. Made an attempt to try and fix that, but the metal is far too thin to weld.

And a before pic:
