I have made a video ( the best I could in low light after work) of the spray pattern.

Of course with me hooking up the pump a bit differently and making sure the pressure was good, it looks a bit better. It seems as though at a higher pressure the nozzle is atomizing a bit better.

That is alot of fuel, I must say. I wonder what the 75lb ones look like!

If I put it at 70psi I wonder what that would look like!

I dont see anything wrong there. Looks like the typical injector pattern. Cone looked even and it didnt appear to drip after you stopped the spray. Clean and use ?
