Just as a data point, I weighed a couple of new Porsche aluminum closed lug nuts, all are between 18.35 and 18.37 grams each. So a set of 20 is 367.4g, or 13 oz, give or take.

And 2 new rear wheel bearings if you replace the rear studs

We recommend using anti-seize, but with that being said we have never had an instance of galling or seizing. We have a corvette race team using our close ended lug nuts, and they have never had a problem, nor has the material ever been damaged. As for comparing titanium to aluminum.... that is not even in the same world, very different product, titanium is about the same weight as aluminum with the strength of steel. It also does a great job retaining finish.
Thanks everyone!

Realistically I think the only application where Titanium has a real adavantage on a 928 is for racers who would otherwise likely use steel open ended lug nuts.
The aluminum stock nuts work just fine and are very light - so really there is no real benefit for a street car, and lots of downsides at $500.
This wasn't a very well thought out start on this forum. Its important to know what products make sense for a given vehicle
I like to support new vendors so we have more options - but this is a very small niche on our cars.
I think you should start over here with a new thread on lug nuts specific to 928's - if you need more info - work with someone individually until you know what makes sense.

We do make titanium open ended lug nuts. The group buy price is $390. I understand alumnium was made for the 928. We have also sold sets to 928 owners. Glad I was at least able to make some new friends and intro my Company.

As they say any press is GOOD press ! Just few here see weight as an issue veiw the car as a GT not a sports car. The mini starter option from Roger saves about 5 lbs for $249 , a Braille battery weight is about 11.5 lbs vs stock @ 30 plus for $150. So there is about 25 lbs for $400. A somewhat less expensive way to shed weight. And a mini alternator at 7 lbs for a 60 amp one wire for $110 looks pretty good as well.
But yes after you have done all the other weight savings items and you are not bothered by dimishing returns Titanium nuts are cool ! And since the Lambo light weight runs them they must be !

So, just for the sake of seeing what the opinions might be, if one were to replace every nut on an entire 928 with titanium, what would the weight savings be??
100 LB? 200 LB? Someone must have a good guess.
