If the coolant hasn't been removed, I'd start there.
For the P-coat, I suggest reading Ed Schere's Powder coating intake/cam covers/etc. best practices (for the zillionth time!)
For intake/cam cover R&R read Dwayne's extensive writeup. http://dwaynesgarage.norcal928.org/1...%20Refresh.htm
I would like to come over and assess where you are, and help you put together a list of needed parts.
